Work Party March 18th 2012

This years March Work party will focus on a few areas to help the club become easier to manage and enhance its appearance. Food will be supplied by the Sailing section, and is free for all helpers on the day. Start time 10.30am and we aim to clear up by 4pm.

1.Additional shelving in Ladies Changing rooms to be completed

2.Weed compound. ( big tidy up, spades and forks )

3.Weed & adjust new hedging by new container

4. Benches repair, paint some of the older ones ready for spring.

5. Hedges around the site. Cut and tidy up

6.Usual bonfire to get rid of rubbish

7. A really good clean of club Boats and sort any faults ready for the new season.

8. Take Committe boat out and saftety boats, jet wash and general clean up.

9.Land scape 1st carpark island on entering compound.

10. Dispose of old boats not paid for.

11.Cut weed in lake using plouhing tool already made.

12.Make new tie ropes down for club boats

A few hard working chaps replacing a very heavy window... with several managers overseeing!!!
